Growth Points: Loyalty Rewards That Build Your Customer Record

Growth Points are Frega's branded loyalty reward system. When you use the service, Frega issues points to your customers on your behalf — each set carrying your business's own branding. Every issuance automatically adds the customer and their transaction to your business record, giving you an automatically growing, structured record of who your customers are and what they do.

You pay only when points are issued — there is no monthly fee for the loyalty service itself. The standard service fee starts at just 1% of the transaction value being rewarded.

The "Get Rid of the Red" Dashboard

Every business using Frega has access to a management dashboard built around a RAG (Red/Amber/Green) traffic-light system. Red flags areas needing attention. Amber shows items to monitor. Green confirms things are running well. The goal is always to move every indicator to green.

The dashboard integrates your customer record, transaction history, Growth Points activity, and communication tools in one place — giving you a clear picture of your business health without switching between systems.

Frega Chat

Frega Chat is a direct, private communication channel between you and the customers in your record. You can respond to feedback, share updates, and build an ongoing relationship — all within the same platform you use for everything else. Conversations are private and remain within Frega's ecosystem.

AdDrops

AdDrops are targeted promotional campaigns that will allow you to reach specific segments of the Frega community, only paying when the profiled lead translates into a successful sale — not for clicks or impressions. Targeting capabilities will develop as the platform grows, within Frega's privacy-first framework. AdDrops are in development and will be made available to businesses as the platform rolls out.

Nova and AI Agents

Nova is a personal AI assistant that will be available to every user — including business users — operating within Frega's privacy-protected environment. Nova is in development and will launch as the platform grows. Additionally, AI agents developed by the Frega community will be available at $3.00 per agent per month, providing specialist tools that can support business operations. Both are entirely optional additions to the core platform.

How Pricing Works

Business Dashboard: $3.00 per month, plus $0.01 per customer per month on your dashboard.

Advocate Dashboard: $3.00 per month. Entirely optional.

Growth Points loyalty service: Starting at 1% of the transaction value rewarded. No monthly fee. You pay when you issue points.

AI agents: $3.00 per agent per month. Entirely optional.

AdDrops: Activity-based — you pay only when the profiled lead translates into a successful sale. 5% of transaction value.

Frega Chat and basic access: Included.

All fees are denominated in US Dollars. Pricing is correct at the time of publication and confirmed on the relevant service pages. Fees for services already provided are generally non-refundable.

Consultant Support

Every business using Frega has access to a free Consultant — an independent professional identified by the platform as competent and willing to help. Consultants provide onboarding support, answer questions, help you configure your tools, and work with you to get the most from the platform.

Consultant support is not a call centre. Your Consultant is a community member who knows the platform and understands small business. They are measured through Frega's Net Score system to help maintain consistent service standards.

  2. Set up Growth Points — configure your branding and describe your business.
  3. Issue your first points — customers scan your QR code and points are issued to their account automatically.
  4. Your customer record begins building — every issuance adds a line of data.
  5. Engage through Chat — communicate directly with the customers in your record.

Privacy for Your Customers

Frega is designed in accordance with UK and EU data-protection regulations. Customer data collected through your use of the platform is held within Frega's garden fence — it is never sold to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Your customers' information is used only for the purposes they have agreed to.
