Consultant compensation is based on the support services they provide and the tools their clients choose to use. Compensation is for services delivered, not for recruitment or network growth. As part of accreditation, every consultant is supported and mentored by another experienced consultant, enabling them to share experiences and consult with each other on how best to serve their clients.

The mentoring consultant may receive compensation for providing guidance and support. This arrangement ensures that if a consultant is unavailable, their mentor can step in seamlessly with full context to provide the same level of support. Additional consultants can be brought in for specialised assistance as needed.

When someone they introduce chooses to register and begin using the platform, that connection is recognised so their relationship is clear within the system.

If the person they introduced goes on to use tools within the platform, the Advocate may receive a modest, service‑based acknowledgement linked only to the activity that follows.
